🔄 1. 7-Day Replacement Warranty
We offer a 7-day replacement warranty on all products starting from the date of delivery.
If the product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or not working properly, it will be replaced with the same model and specifications only.
Replacement is only applicable for the same product; we do not provide replacement with different models or specifications.
Customers are encouraged to report any issue immediately upon receiving the product.
📦 2. Parcel Checking & Reporting
Customers must inspect the parcel on the same day of delivery.
Any issues including physical damage, missing items, or wrong product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement, particularly in cases of physical damage.
Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos to support the claim.
🔁 3. Wrong Product Delivery
If a customer receives a product different from what was ordered, we will assist with the exchange process.
Delivery charges for both sending back the incorrect product and receiving the correct one will be borne by the customer.
📌 4. Replacement Conditions
Products must be returned in original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and invoice.
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
Claims are subject to verification by PerfectDeal.pk before replacement is approved.
💰 5. Payment Policy
🛒 Orders Below PKR 80,000
No advance payment is required. Customers can place orders safely and pay upon delivery or collection.
💼 Orders Above PKR 80,000
A 10% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
Orders will only be processed after receipt of the advance payment.
🚫 Order Refusal / Cancellation
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel after shipment, a portion of the advance may be deducted as delivery and handling charges.
Advance payments for cancelled orders may be partially refunded depending on the stage of processing.
💳 6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
The product is out of stock after order confirmation, or
A replacement is not available for a defective or damaged item.
We prioritize replacement over refund to resolve issues quickly.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Products used, damaged by the customer, or missing accessories
Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery (for physical damage)
