Our goal is to make claiming warranties as hassle-free as possible, while protecting both you and our business.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims
Some brands have service centers across major cities in Pakistan, while others may not have local centers.
When no local service center is available, international shipping and handling costs are involved, which can be cumbersome.
To make this process easier, we may handle warranty claims on your behalf for a service fee of 10–15% of the product price, depending on the product. This includes shipping and handling costs.
Warranty Claim Duration
Warranty claims may take 10 to 90+ days depending on the severity of the issue and the manufacturer’s process.
Products must be handed over to us for inspection. If the issue is verified, we will inform you about the expected repair or replacement timeline.
Items Not Covered
Chargers and batteries are not covered due to natural battery degradation or damage from voltage fluctuations.
Physical damages, including drops, spills, or impacts, are not covered.
Broken warranty seals void the warranty. The seal indicates that the product has not been tampered with.
Required Documents
Always keep the original box, invoice, and warranty card.
These are necessary to process any warranty claim. Missing items may render the warranty void.
Replacement or Repair
The manufacturer decides whether the product or part will be repaired or replaced.
We do not alter the manufacturer’s decision.
Warranty Period
Warranty is valid only within the manufacturer’s specified period.
Claims cannot be made after the warranty expires.
Exclusions Specific to Laptops and Electronics
Warranty does not cover:
Touchscreens, hinges, speakers, adapters
Data loss during repair or replacement
Overheating due to normal use or gaming
Manufacturing or built-in issues such as minor hinge looseness, display backlight bleed, or yellowish screens
Damage due to overclocking, excessive heat, dust, or software issues
Software problems such as driver corruption, malware, slow performance, or blue screen errors
Promotional items like laptop sleeves, stylus pens, or other bundled accessories
Important: Always backup your data before handing over a device for warranty service. We are not responsible for any data loss during repairs.

Our team will inspect the product and guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Warranty cannot be processed over phone or email alone. The product must be physically submitted.

Warranty is provided in accordance with manufacturer terms.
If an issue arises that is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we are unable to make exceptions.
